Oooh I just love holiday weeks! They are usually short and there is so much anticipation. My sister comes tomorrow and I can’t wait to see her!! Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions in your family? We usually have a Thanksgiving brunch in my family instead of a Thanksgiving dinner. I love it! I guess thats what you get for having 2 vegetarians and 1 who doesn’t like Turkey. My dad makes the most delicious deep fried french toast. We do however always have a wonderful tradition Thanksgiving dinner at Kev’s parents house.
Last Sunday was so beautiful! I love Sundays. We usually have a lazy early morning before we head out to church. Our church is pretty laid back and casual but I always like dressing up just a little. Why not right? Any excuse to wear a heel. This stripped J.Crew sweater goes so well with everything. Love the thick bold stripes. After church and Rowan’s nap we took a family bike ride and found this awesome old school playground. It had the tallest metal slide I have ever seen. I don’t know how we have never found it before. It was right by the water in this little wooded area. So cute!
Have a great day everyone.

Sounds like such a nice, relaxing Sunday! I love your skirt and its sweet pleats! Enjoy your thanksgiving french toast, sounds divine to me ๐
Bold stripes are one of my favorite things right now… too bad my closet is full of little stripes haha. Did you guys stop celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving after you came to the states? I love the idea of Thanksgiving brunch, breakfast food is by far my favorite ๐
Adore this look, i recently got a striped sweater, totally feeling inspired! Thanksgiving is not an official holiday here in Mexico but we like to celebrate it in my family, yay to yummie food and family1

I love this outfit! The colors look so good together, and it doesn’t look over-worked at all. I always dress up for church too–any excuse to do so is good in my book ๐
What a lovely, classic outfit! ๐ I especially love that sweater – I imagine it does go with everything. I love those booties too, I found a similar pair at Gap!
Just darling and those colors are awesome for this week. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
