I will admit, I have a slight obsession with pinterest. I love it. I even have the app. on my phone, which makes it even easier to look at pretty pictures where ever you are. I found this recipe the other week and pinned it right away. I knew it would be delicious. And guess what? IT WAS!!! So easy to make as well.

3. Drizzle with olive oil
4. Spread out riccota and mozzarella
5. Top with sliced necterines.
6. Sprinkle with Parmigianno Reggiano
Bake for 10 mins.
7. Wait till crust is slightly brown
8. Remove from oven and top with freshly chopped basil and arugula

10. Eat the whole thing!
How to Reduce balsamic:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1. Pour balsamic in a pan. Turn heat to medium high. Let simmer until reduced and it has become much thicker. How have to be very careful not to burn it. Stir frequently.

my boyfriend is leaving to go to graduate school next month and I’ve been contemplating about what we should do for his last night in Albany…I was so excited to see this because he loves nectarines! I now know what will be on the menu for our Last Night’s Dinner =D
Wow this looks incredibly delicious. All the cheeses you included I absolutely LOVE.
I keep seeing pizza posts around the blog and pinterest world, but i have yet to see one with nectarines! very interesting!
Pizza looks yummy! Can you invite me on Pinterest?
That looks amazing!
Seriously, YUM. I need to make this stat. I’ve made a lot of summer pizzas with lemon juice lately. Smitten Kitchen has this one with goat cheese, zucchini, and squeezed lemon that’s just awesome.
holy cow this looks amazing. nectarines make anything good.
Nectarines huh, I never had anything sweet on a pizza before, I wonder if I’d like this. My instinct would go “zucchini” on this, but maybe I should stray outside my comfort zone.
Taimi is right btw, Smitten Kitchen has some of the best recipes around.
I remember when you posted this on pinterest! I instantly wanted to make it. I’m so glad you link to yummy vegetarian recipes.
I find great recipes on Pinterest constantly. I’ll definitely try this one soon!

Oh my goodness! That looks amazing! I have a new obsession with balsamic vinegar (my go-to salad is now mixed greens with sliced strawberries and balsamic), so I may want to try this 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
I absolutely love your last night’s dinner posts! Theyre always so inspiring to make me try something new – I would never have thought of even looking at a pizza with nectarines on it, but this actually looks (and sounds) so tasty! Now to just convince the boyfriend 🙂
Thanks for the recipe! I’ve bookmarked the recipe so I can try it out sometime!
