It’s been a long day. I am finally getting a minute to sit down and post these outfit pictures now at 10:25pm. I am exhausted and starting to get really nervous about 1. the marathon and 2. being away from Rowan for 3 days. I was away from her when I went to TX but Kev was with her so it wasn’t as bad. Rowan and I have been away from Kev but I was with her. This is the first time we both have been away from her. I know she will be perfect and our parents will spoil her to death with love and attention but it just makes me anxious.

This is the outfit I wore to the Swap a couple weekends ago. This leather jacket is probably my favorite item that I’ve ever gotten at Forever 21. No one ever believes me that it’s from there. It’s a gem for sure. I loved it paired with this skirt I made a couple years ago. It’s kinda fun and edgy all rolled into one. Isn’t the detailing in this tank top cute? So pretty.

Well, I am exhausted so I am off to bed. Tomorrow I have some exciting news to share!

  1. Self made skirts are the best! I love getting to pick out the *perfect* print. I love the simple pairing with those heels! Good to know they’re comfy, they look fabulous 🙂

  2. Love the light in these photos! And I do love the feminine details paired with this jacket!! Looking amazing per usual my dear :)) xo, Kim http://www.eatsleepwear.com

  3. k. a) you look amazing!! i love the skirt and can’t believe you made it!!! way to go! 2) rowan will do great. it will be hard in the beginning but it’s good for her. i’m a mom, and i know it’s good for my boy to spend time with his grandparents by himself. that way they can spoil him without my interference. d) you are gonna KILL that marathon!!! i’m also a marathon runner so i understand what you go through. seriously. you are gonna be amazing. can’t wait to hear all about it!!!! and if you’re wondering about my weird numbering system, it’s from ‘home alone.’ 🙂
