So I have had this little black dress since I was in high school. I don’t wear it anymore but I keep it because it is a really nice classic dress. I actually got it for a funeral. Its’ a little shapeless and a little big now but its good if I am in a pinch. After staring at it in my closet for way too long I decided I should try to make an outfit for it so it doesn’t get depressed.

very cute Jen! I like it with the sweater! (And I have too many clothes getting depressed in my closet.. my new plan is to wear them more)
ummm I think it looks fabulous with that cardi! And the belt really helps to give it shape. Very cute!
Love the pop of color! Another blogger I follow (letters from the end consumer) is doing a “Forgotten Closet” exercise where she wears clothes/shoes/etc that she hasn’t worn in awhile. Some of it can be pretty funny… but other stuff is cute! I should wear more stuff from the back of my closer/drawers…
Love Love Love this outfit Jen. Super cute and professionally sassy!
I think we had the same idea today! Except my dress is purple and my cardigan is black. I’ll be posting pics later today 🙂
Cute! I love that your clothes have feelings. (mine do too)
Such a fun cardigan, and I love the black and pink combination!
[…] Jen’s style post today was eerily similar to mine–we must have had the same idea this morning! Although I must say her pink leopard sweater is a lot snazzier than my sad old cardi that I’ve had since high school 😉 Possibly related posts: (automatically generated)Not Appropriate For The Business Card…No TitleTips to Choose the Most Appropriate Web Designer For Small Business […]
Great outfit, and great cardi, I got it in blue 🙂
