so we headed back to the same hike that we tried the other weekend (the pictures of that trip are posted below a few days ago) to figure out where we went wrong on the way to the waterfall. We thought we got lost again and had even turned around but asked somoe kids that we passed and they said that it was still further the other way. we finally found it and it was AWESOME!! It was so jungley and tropical. The water was cold but it was fun to swim in and climb the water falls and cliff jump.

sooo i dont have to much to write about. i dont want to bore everyone. Kev went spear fishing for the first time on sunday. He said it was awesome. He caught one fish, but then let him go. He said it was so tropical and beautiful where they went. He got kinda beat up though from the waves pushing him into the reef.

we go on our cruise in less then 1 week now. I am very very excited. Its a different kind of excited now then when i went on a cruise before. Before it was so excited because it was going to be warm weather but now im so excited because i cant wait to explore the other islands plus cruise ships are just so sweet. I CANT WAIT TO SEE LAVA!!! and am also really excited to see the big observatorys. I just want to be able to take a picture so i can send it to my dad!! In Maui there is a place called the seven scared pools and im very excited to go see them and go swimming in them. its going to be so awesome.

I sat in the sun today for like the first time in months. The weather has been kinda raining on the weekends or we have other stuff to do lately. It felt good except i got alittle burnt because i had become so white again.

so me and kev locked ourselves out of the apt. the other night. It was 9:30pm and we went out quick to get some m ilk so we didnt have our cells phones of anything with us. Good thing that jenni lives across the street cause we went knocking on her door to see if we could stay over. The wonderful personthat she is of course let us stay over. The next day i could not track anyone down untill 4 to let me into the apt. Kev had to go to work in what he was wearing the night before. It was a disaster. Then when i came back into the apt. the dishes were left from the night before so i was washing them when i looked down to the kitchen floor and it was coverd (I mean like swimming) in soy sauce. Ugh somehow it tiped inthe fridge and was leaking everywhere. It was such a mess.
anyways…
-yesterday i had an interview
-our cruise is in a week and a half
-we got 4 new cds yesterday… regina spektor, amy winehouse, new comeback kid, new relient k
-we thought kev gave the cat a heart attack the other day, but to bring the cat in for a walk in doc. app. was going to cost us to start 70 dollars, so we chanced it. Hes fine.

yesterday was our idea of a perfect hawaiian day… we started the day we an awesome hike. We went out looking for this water hole and waterfall but we crossed trails somewhere and ended up climbing along a ridge line of the mountain we were on. It was sweet. In some spots it was only like 3 feet across and just vertical slope on either side way down into the valley. it was so sweet!!! Kev wore his crocs that he got for christmas. haha i think he looks funny. but they are perfect for the hike when you are crossing streams and swimming. I found another croc strap along the way- i guess some had the same idea with bad results…

Then we went over to our friends house to celebrate some birthdays and played beach volleyball and the boys went swimming inthe ocean. It was alot of fun.

I couldnt find big surf anywhere yesterday and then I realized that he had jumped into the ben franklins bag and had fallen asleep. He was completely in there too, it wasnt like the bag was over on its side and he was just kinda in there. It was like if i went to the store and had bought a kitten.
Anyways yesterday i decided I was going to start a wedding invitation business. Im really excited. I made a bunch of samples and kev and me are going to make a website and business cards.

the other day i took cody (jennis son) to the pool to babysit him while she was teaching and im a game we called towle monster. ok so i just made that up now but i was pretending to chase him with the towel and he tripped and smacked him head on the cement. It busted his lip all up and was bleeding all over the place. It was horrible. I was so afarid he had knocked out his tooth. Anyways hes ok thank goodness, just a major fat lip and cuts inside his mouth. Well yesterday him and jenni came over for dinner and we had our ghetto fan going the one the cats knock out of our 3rd floor window. well kev and him were throwing connect 4 pieces into the fan cause it was shooting them out cause the plastic around the fan is broken. and what does cody do? he sticks his hand into the blade and cuts his finger. Ahhh i felt so incredible horrible. We should not be allowed to have or babysit children…

so its been pretty boring here now that kev has gone off to work. Ive been trying to paint alittle more because i would really really love to have a collection of work that i could get an art show with. Especially on first fridays here in the art district area. It woud be so fun.
so here is what i have been filling my days with…
-rearranging the apt.
-figuring out our taxes
-painting
-updating my ipod
-and today i am going to go lay out by jennis pool

are cats had thier first doctors app. the other day it was fun but expensive. The doctor concluded that have a ficitional disease called night rabies. hehe except that i have further the diagnoses and concluded that they have bi polar night rabies. They get so crazy at night its insane, biting and scratching and flipping out and then the next second they are licking your hand. bi polar night rabies

i got to talk to laura yesterday for like 2 hours, it was sweet! She is going to take deal or no deal by storm…
