I live (and teach) right on the edge of Amish country….which means BULK FOOD STORES. You can get huuuge jars of pickled beets for super cheap and they are amazing.

Ok, beets are the best! I’m a huge fan and just bought my first jar of pickled ones today (I usually have then on Christmas or at the sugar shack!). Then I also started jogging today and thought: I’m having a very Jenlovekev day today!
