My super amazing hubby planned a surprised birthday dinner last night for me. I really had no idea. I was so surprised and overwhelmed when I walked into the restaurant and saw 10 of our close friends there. I cried because I love all of them so much and was so happy to see everyone. Kev is the sweetest man ever! He knew next weekend might be taken up with other important things (yay baby!) but he wanted to make sure I had a party and felt special. I love that boy!

jen, you look smashing. i hope your baby girl comes soon. i was two weeks late with both my boys and had to fight tooth and nail to not be pushed into inducing. you are going to do great. just remember to take it one contraction at a time, and that no matter how hard it may get, you can do it. you were born to do it. and i know that you and kev’s connection will make your labor easier. as a doula i see a lot of people have babies, and it’s always the ones who have the kind of trust and love that you and kev do that need almost no help from anyone because they just support eachother so well.
