I got an email from a reader awhile back with a picture of this Calvin Klein dress attached. Krista bought it at winners (Canadian version of TJ Maxx and nicer may I add) for her Company Christmas party. Now whenever I hear company Christmas party I 1. think of metallic heels and 2. I think of the office episode with the Yankee swap. For this post we will focus on metallic heels! hehe. Metallics just seem so perfect to me for the Christmas season. The dress is sort of a tradition little black dress- very cute. I thought it would work best with these awesome heels from Nordstorms (love the details on the toe) and then some statement jewelry. All very neutral except for the purse! What do you think?

Ever since I saw So You Think You Can Dance last night and saw the host’s metallic silver dress I am loving the idea of wearing metallics for the holidays. They are just so fun and sparkly!

i’m going the extra mile and wearing a metallic DRESS this year to our school christmas party… my mom found it for me, and i love how jackie o. it is. i love it, but i think a christmas party is the most appropriate place i can wear it!
